St. Paul Baptist Church, 49 S. McKean Ave., Donora, will host its annual Fall Revival at 7 p.m. today through Friday. Guest revivalist will be the Rev. Kaiser W. Jones, senior pastor of Refuge Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Guest choirs and soloists also will participate.

Rostraver Public Library will host a program about “The 1918 Flu Pandemic Invades Westmoreland County” at 6 p.m. Thursday. Dr. Thomas Soltis of Westmoreland County Community College will discuss the arrival, spread and impact of the 1918 influenza pandemic. Call 724-379-5511 to register.

Connected Threads Knit and Crochet Group will meet from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, beginning Sept. 14, at Burgettstown Presbyterian Church, 15 Nicolas St., Slovan, to make items for women in shelters. Sessions begin with a half-hour Bible study, followed by time to work on projects. All skill sets are welcome. Beginning basic knitting and crochet will be taught to anyone who wants to learn. First United Methodist Church, 29 N. College St., Washington, will hold an indoor flea market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Lunch will be available, and there will be a bake sale.

Jefferson Township Historical Society will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at the White Church, Eldersville. “Saving History” is the topic, and guest speaker Bill Kerekes will discuss how he moved a log house to his property and turned the log house into his home. Refreshments will be served.

Power of Music’s free concert season ends Sunday with a concert by Knob Road from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Cast Iron Amphitheater in Snowdon Square, Brownsville. There will be food vendors and raffles. Lawn chairs are recommended.

Golden Triangle Decorative Painters will meet Sunday at the Finleyville I.O.O.F. Hall, 3684 Finleyville-Elrama Road, Finleyville. Doors will open at 9:15 a.m., with the painting class starting at 10. Danny Porterfield will be teaching “Calla Lilies in Acrylics” on a Baltic birch surface. Lunch and the meeting will start at noon. Poses and Pints will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at Woodville Plantation, Washington Pike, Bridgeville. There will be an hourlong outdoor yoga practice with Nancy Schuchert from the Western Pennsylvania YMCA of Robinson. After class, participants can sample beers from Rusty Gold Brewing in Canonsburg. Chartiers Township Community Center, 2013 Community Center Drive, Houston, will offer a new class this fall, P90X Live, a total body strength and cardio conditioning class that helps get rid of fat and build lean muscle fast. Classes will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 19 through Oct. 31. There will be no class Oct. 24. Cost is $48 per person for the six classes.
