Hancher – 60 years
James and Marlene Hancher of Washington celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise dinner given by their children and grandchildren at Angelo’s Restaurant in Washington. They also will take a trip this fall to New York City to see a Broadway show.
Mr. and Mrs. Hancher were married August 17, 1957, in Washington.
Their children are Mark (Rhonda) Hancher of Washington, Marla (Joe) Nicolella of Lancaster, Matthew (Lisa) Hancher of Washington and Mitchell (Erin) Hancher of Washington.
Their grandchildren are Katie Garner, Jamie Leichty, Jacob Nicolella and Paige, Matthew and Nick Hancher. They have one great-grandchild.
Mr. Hancher retired from Allegheny Ludlum, and Mrs. Hancher is a homemaker.
