In November, Southern Style on Fifth Avenue donated a 7.5-foot fully decorated Christmas tree to the David Bradford House in Washington. The tree was raffled off to raise money for the museum. Southern Style on Fifth Avenue delivered the tree, set it up in the front parlor, and adorned it with decorations similar to those used in the early 1950s. The last known public use of the front parlor was in 1953. At that time, Christmas trees were sold out of the parlor.
