Several area churches will hold Pack the Pick-up to benefit the Greater Washington County Food Bank from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Drop-off locations include Washington Auto Mall, Dairy Queen and McDonald’s on West Chestnut Street.

Also needed are diapers, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and paper goods.

Holiday food items include cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, canned or powdered gravy, instant potatoes, canned pumpkin, canned sweet potatoes and yams.

Monetary donations also will be accepted. For every $1 donated, $5 worth of products can be purchased.
