Washington Drug and Alcohol Commission Inc. board of directors will meet at 5:30 p.m. today at 90 W. Chestnut St., Suite 310, Washington.

The chancel and bell choirs of United Presbyterian Church, 134 Wayne St., Claysville, will hold a dinner and seasonal concert at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the church. Tickets for the dinner are $10 for adults and $5 for children. They can be purchased from any choir member or by calling 724-663-7632. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and is free.

Christmas candy sale by Gene and Boots will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Monongahela Valley Hospital. The sale is sponsored by the Auxiliary of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc., with proceeds benefiting services for patients and visitors. For more information, call 724-258-1167.

Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation is collecting information from heritage and history organizations in Southwestern Pennsylvania for a printed guide. Funded by a grant from Washington County Tourism, the guide will include groups from Washington and Greene counties and the surrounding area. Deadline to submit survey forms is Friday.
