Pittsburgh Concert Chorale’s Festival of Choirs will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at Carnegie Music Hall in Pittsburgh.The afternoon will feature Chartiers Valley High School Choir, St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church Choir of Monroeville, The city Charter High School Choir and the Pittsburgh Concert Chorale.
