McDonald VFW offers driving class

McDonald VFW Club, in association with AARP, will offer an eight-hour course for drivers 55 and older from 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 14 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 16 at Heritage Public Library, Fourth Street, McDonald.
Completion of the course may entitle participants to a discount on their car insurance for three years. Participants must attend both classes.
Cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for nonmembers. Veterans and their spouses are eligible to take any November course free.
