An exhibition created collaboratively by the California University of Pennsylvania Art Club, Associated Artists of California and the Village Childcare Center will be on display from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through Nov. 26 at the Vulcan Gallery in Vulcan Hall.

“Learning Thru Art: An Exhibition Featuring the Works of Children of the Village” features the work of youngsters at the Village, a nonprofit child-care center at the Center in the Woods.

Cal U. student Vanessa Wolfe, an AmeriCorps mentor and a student worker at the Village, coordinated the display. She also is vice president of Associated Artists.

In addition, Cal U. students and faculty used the children’s work to create interpretations in their own styles.

Refreshments and interactive art activities for all ages also will be available.

For more information, email Wolfe at 3986@calu.edu.
