In celebration of Nemacolin Castle’s 50th anniversary, the Greater Brownsville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Light-Up Night parade Friday at the castle.

The caravan of 40 emergency vehicles, decorated for the holidays, will leave Hiller at 5:30 p.m., travel through Brownsville and surrounding communities and deliver Santa and Mrs. Claus to the castle grounds about 7 p.m. to visit with children and distribute treats.

Brownsville Hstorical Society will add a special touch of holiday cheer, offering caroling, storytelling, Colonial and Civil War encampments and seasonal music by the Brownsville Area High School marching band and professional musician Fred Adams of Mt. Pleasant.
