Ghost tours will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays in October and 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31 at Nemacolin Castle, Brownsville. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and younger. For more information, call 724-785-6882 or www.nemacolincastle.org. Halloween Spooktacular will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Heritage Library, 52 Fourth St., McDonald. There will be a make-your-own caramel apple station, Halloween boo-kmark-making and an eyeball hunt. Email hplboard@gmail.com or call 724-926-8240 for more information. Halloween walk along the Panhandle Trail will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at McDonald Trail Station. Children are encouraged to wear costumes. The program is free, but registration is required. Call Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation at 724-228-6867. Monongahela will hold its Halloween parade at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24, with lineup at Chess Park.
