Nini’s Treasure at the Highlands in Wheeling, W.Va., will welcome Vera Bradley’s Joan Bradley Reedy, daughter of Vera Bradley, and Susan Campbell, director of sales at Vera Bradley, during a breast cancer research fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 1. They will share anecdotes of Vera Bradley’s history, personal stories and the women behind the company. The Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer was founded by Vera Bradley owners Barbara Baekgaard and Patricia Miller in 1998. To date, the foundation has contributed $15 million to the research team at the Indiana University Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis.
