Chicken-and-biscuit dinner will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at West Alexander Church, Main Street. A love offering will be accepted.Karaoke night, buffet dinner, music and dancing will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at American Legion Post 175, 168 Park Ave., Washington. Cost is $10. There also will be a Chinese auction. Proceeds benefit American Cancer Relay for Life.Vendor party will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Clarksville Disciples of Christ Christian Church, 332 Market St. Sponsored by the Women’s Fellowship. Lunch also will be available. Proceeds benefit CWF Christmas projects for local nursing and personal care homes and church family who are unable to attend church. Country Friends will host the Eldurays band Saturday at Memorial Hall, 402 Old Police Lodge Road, Colliers, W.Va. Doors open at 6 p.m., and dancing begins at 7. All proceeds benefit charity.
