AFSCME Retired Chapter 13, subchapter 8402, will meet at 1 p.m. Oct. 9 at the A.G.A. Building, 104 Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg. All retired state and municipalities employees are welcome.

WOMEN of Southwestern Pennsylvania Inc. will meet from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 18 at Bella Sera, 414 Morganza Road, Cecil Township, for a Fair Trade Festival. The group, in conjunction with Mira Fair Trade and 10,000 Villages, will celebrate the work of women artisans from around the world.
