Extreme action artist Tom Varano will perform at noon April 23 in the Maggie Hardy Magerko Auditorium in the Community Center at Penn State Fayette, the Eberly Campus. This event is free. Varano will create paintings through nontraditional means. His performance is set to music.

St. Clair Hospital is sponsoring its annual skin cancer screening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. May 14 in Suite 115 at the St. Clair Hospital Outpatient Center, Village Square, 2000 Oxford Drive, Bethel Park. Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Jason G. Whalen, and physician assistant Nicole Funt of Mt. Lebanon Dermatology will perform the free screenings.
