Woodville Plantation to host re-enactment

Woodville Plantation in Collier Township will present an 18th century military re-enactment from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

History enthusiasts are invited to join the soldiers of Wayne’s Fourth Sub-Legion, the first Army of the United States, as they practice the drills of Baron Von Steuben from 1794. Events of the day, weather permitting, include tactical demonstrations, musket firing, marching and ceremonial drills.

Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children 6-12 and free for children 5 and younger. Admission includes a house tour. For directions or more information, visit www.woodvilleplantation.org or call 412-221-0348.
