The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum will hold its first Western Pennsylvania Trolley Meet from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

Special trolley operations will be featured, including Pittsburgh trolleys in the morning and Philadelphia trolleys in the afternoon, and there will be operating trolley layouts from the East Penn Traction Club. Dealers also will be selling model trolley items.

Visitors can ride different trolleys, which will be running every 15 minutes.

At 3 p.m., there will be a special presentation by archivist Ed Lybarger called “83 Years of West Penn Railways.”

There also will be a special “night photo session” at 7:30. There is a $25 additional fee, with limited advance tickets available online at patrolley.org. There will be a food and ice cream vendor.

For more information, contact Bill Belleno at 724-228-9256 or vsm@pa-trolley.org.
