PSO to hold Holiday Pops shows

Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will hold its Holiday Pops concerts today through Sunday and Dec. 20-21 at Heinz Hall.

Todd Ellison leads PSO in shows that feature the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh and a host of guest artists. Currently music director and conductor of the new Broadway production of “Annie,” Ellison’s credits include “Monty Python’s Spamalot,” “La Cage aux Folles” and “Michel Legrand’s Amour.” Concerts are at 8 p.m. today and Dec. 20, 2:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday and Dec. 21 and 2:30 Sunday.
