‘Sister Act’ at the Benedum

The national tour of Tony Award-nominated “Sister Act” will be performed at 8 p.m. today; 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the Benedum in Pittsburgh.

Based on a movie, “Sister Act” features an original Alan Menken/Glenn Slater score with a vast inspiration of musical styles from Motown, soul and funk to great big disco anthems and Barry White inspired musical comedy.
