Community block party in Washington

A community block party will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at 160 Jefferson Ave., next to Washington High School.

Featured bands will be Cross Vision, Fools for Christ, Circle of Faith and Charleton Toliver.

There will be free food and beverages, a raffle and children’s games.

Parking will be available at the school.
