The Whiskey Rebellion Festival in downtown Washington continues today through Sunday, with a variety of activities and entertainment.

The schedule includes:

Friday: Blues, Brews & BBQ from 5 to 10 p. m., with Ruby Red & the Dirty Devils performing at 6:30, Jill West & Blues Attack at 7:45 and the Billy Price Band at 9.

Saturday: The Grand Celebration, with a community parade at 10 a.m., the Panther Hollow String Band performing at 6:30 p.m., the Weedrags at 7:35 and the Steeldrivers at 9. The evening will end with fireworks.

Sunday: Classics on Main car show at noon.

In addition, there will be a variety of activities on Saturday, including a children’s area and petting zoo, a frontier art show and sale, craft show and sale, historic re-enactments, street theater and Li’l Grey Jug barbecue contest. The Frontier History Center will be open at Washington Park, and tours of the Bradford House and LeMoyne House will be provided.

The Four Townsmen Show Band will perform at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Canonsburg Town Park.

It is the second Sunday Series free concert, sponsored by Canonsburg Town Park recreation board.

Bring a blanket and chairs. Parking is free.
