Washington Art Association will hold a five-week session on Impressionism, taught by Diane Adams, from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 9, 16, 23 and Nov. 6 and 13, with five renderings in multimedia, including pencil, pastels and paint, at Citizens Library. Fawcett United Methodist Church‘s fall garage sale, bake sale and bazaar will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 11 and 12 at the church, 346 Fawcett Church Road, Bridgeville. Homemade ham barbecue sandwiches and cream puff cakes will be featured.
