A Taste of Italy to support the LeMoyne Community Center’s Camp Challenge and after-school program will be held Friday at the DoubleTree in Meadow Lands. Christmas Affair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 2 at John McMillan Presbyterian Church, 875 Clifton Road, Bethel Park. There will be more than 55 crafters, and the JMPC bakery, a gingerbread house, a Chinese auction, Kris Kringle Kafé and an angel emporium tree will be featured. Trinity United Methodist Church, 530 Center Church Road, McMurray, will hold its annual spaghetti dinner and bake sale from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in fellowship hall. Cost is $7 for adults and $4 for 4- to 12-year-olds. Children younger than 4 eat free. There will be a choice of meat or vegetarian sauce. Takeout will be available. Proceeds benefit the church’s outreach ministries.

Managing Your Diabetes will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 19-21 in the Education Conference Center at Monongahela Valley Hospital. The session builds on the education received in the “Managing Your Diabetes” program. Completion of the three-day “Diabetes Self-Management Training” is a prerequisite.
