Spaghetti dinner sponsored by Martha V. Paul Chapter No. 404, OES will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Masonic Temple, 44 W. Wheeling St. (rear entrance), Washington. Donation is $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and younger.
Boo’s, a Halloween haunt at 112 Washington St., Cokeburg, is accepting collections for the Greater Washington County Food Bank. Nonperishable, unopened items or checks made payable to the Greater Washington County Food Bank will be accepted until Thursday. For more information, call 724-945-5162.

Buffet breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Claysville United Methodist Church, 1279 Route 40 West. Proceeds benefit the social hall renovation. A love offering will be accepted. Takeout will be available.
Bentleyville Public Library book sale will continue until Friday. Hardcover books are $2 and paperbacks are $1. Many children’s books also are available.
