Annual fall festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at California United Methodist Church. Cost is $7 and includes sandwich, salad, drink and choice of desserts. Amateur Astronomers Association of Pittsburgh will hold a Bundle-up Starfest Nov. 9 at Mingo Creek County Park Observatory.
