Group to award community grants

Washington Drug & Alcohol Commission Inc. will award 10 grants to community organizations or school districts providing services in Washington County. Each grant is $2,000.
An information session will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 9 at Washington Drug & Alcohol Commission Inc. (third-floor conference room), 90 W. Chestnut St., Washington. Groups wishing to receive a grant need to send a representative to the session. To reserve a spot, email barbmo@wdacinc.org or call 724-223-1181, ext 113.
