Cal U. to perform ‘Sensation Seekers’

California University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Theatre and Dance will close its 2014 spring season with three performances of “Sensation Seekers” at 8 p.m. May 1-3 in Steele Hall Mainstage Theatre.

The annual springtime dance concert showcases the choreography of Cal U.’s dance faculty and students, who perform in a variety of dance genres.

Faculty member Diane Epertherner Buffington coordinated and helped to choreograph the production. Cal U. students who have choreographed numbers for the show include Taylor Brookings, Jessica Desvarro, Elizabeth Hartwell, Jocelyn Majernik, Paige Moody, Katey Sheehan, Bonnie Sproul, Emily Tompkins and Paige Williams.

Tickets are $12. Cal U. students with valid CalCards pay 50 cents, plus a $5 deposit that is refunded at the show.
