Registration is under way for the summer reading program, “Fizz, Boom, Read!” which begins Monday. Youngsters 30 months old to 5 years old will meet at 11 a.m. Mondays through Aug. 18 or 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Aug. 20. Six- to 11-year-olds will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursdays through Aug. 21.

CitiBooks, a used books bookstore in the lower level of the library, is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
