Giant Oaks Garden Club will meet at 11 a.m. March 6 at St. David’s Anglican Church, 905 E. McMurray Road, Venetia. “Twiggeries” will be presented by JP Malocsay, who will demonstrate the art and science of twiggery using twigs from the backyard. Cost for lunch and the program is $7, and reservations are required by calling Karen at 724-746-4664.

Annual Spring Fashion Show sponsored by Bethel Park cheerleaders and boosters will begin at 1 p.m. March 23 at Independence Middle School, 2807 Bethel Church Road, Bethel Park. Doors open at noon. There also will be a basket auction and door prizes. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 412-480-5847, or at the door as long as tickets are available. Proceeds will benefit Allegheny County Special Olympics.
