Museums selling ‘Murder & Mayhem’

A recently released book about the dark side of Washington County history is now available for purchase locally.
“Washington County Murder & Mayhem” by local author and former Observer-Reporter executive editor A. Parker Burroughs is on sale at the David Bradford House and the LeMoyne House museums in Washington.
The Bradford House on South Main Street is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Thursday and Friday and the first Saturday of each month through Aug. 31. The LeMoyne House, 49 E. Maiden St., is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
