PNC Pops will conclude its season with a tribute to Frank Sinatra. Featuring Megan Hilty from NBC’s “Smash” and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, concerts will feature songs such as “The Lady is a Tramp,” “Moon River” and “Under My Skin.” Concerts will be held at 7:30 p.m. tonight, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
