Locks of Love will hold a cut-a-thon beginning at 11 a.m. April 12 at the Pepsi Cola Road House in Burgettstown.

Stylists from Heaven Hair Salon and other area salons will be cutting participants’ hair.

The daylong event will feature a visit from the Easter bunny from noon to 4 p.m., and children will be admitted for half price during those hours.

There also will be a Chinese auction, food buffet and drinks, and massage therapists will be available. At 8 p.m., the band Ruff Creek will perform.

Those who are donating at least 10 inches of hair will be admitted free. Otherwise, admission is $10. All proceeds will benefit Locks of Love.
