Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s Fiddlesticks season for children will end Saturday with “A Salute to America,” a 45-minute concert beginning at 11:15 a.m.

PSO and resident conductor Lawrence Loh will lead a concert of music inspired by America, including “Stars and Stripes Forever.” The audience can join vocalist Katy Williams in a sing-along of “You’re a Grand Ol’ Flag!”

The performance is preceded by an educational event called Discovery Time Adventures, which is open to all ticket holders. It begins at 10 a.m. and allows participants to meet musicians, learn songs and take part in various musical activities.
