Cal U. to present student art show
The Department of Art and Languages at California University of Pennsylvania will present ”The Garden of Earthly Delights,” a display of student artwork, April 21-27 in the Vulcan Gallery.
Students from advanced drawing and painting courses installed and curated the exhibition. Artwork will be available for purchase.
The Associated Artists of California will host an opening reception from 6 to 9 p.m. April 21 at the gallery. The free event includes food and music. Viewing hours after the reception will be weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Associated Artists is a student organization that has developed cooperative programs with amateur and collegiate art groups in Washington, Fayette and Allegheny counties.
