Fort Necessity to mark anniversary
Fort Necessity National Battlefield, 1 Washington Parkway, Farmington, will mark its battle anniversary with special programs Saturday and Sunday.
The two-day encampment will feature re-enactors from the French and Indian War, American Civil War and World War II.
The park is open from sunrise to sunset. The interpretative and education center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. National park admission fees apply.
