Ed and Becky Chess of Carmichaels celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a trip to Disney World in Orlando in November with family.

The couple were married January 4, 1963, in Prosperity.

Their children are Ed Chess Jr. (Amy) of Venetia, Teresa Butler (Pete) of Hinckley, Ohio, Mark Chess of Washington, Missy Rubino (Jim) of Camp Smith, Hawaii, Kathy Hillsman (David) of Carmichaels and Kristen Voithofer (Justin) of Carmichaels.

They have 12 grandchildren, Emily and Annie Chess, Madison Butler, Leanna and Nathan Chess, Jimmy, Matt and Hannah Rubino, Zach and Carson Hillsman and Megan and Avery Voithofer.
