Air Force Airman 1st Class Nathan J. Helster graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force. Helster is a 2007 graduate of Charleroi Area High School, and his parents are Wayne and Karen Helster of Charleroi.
