Clendaniel – 25 years
Clyde and Kay Clendaniel of Washington celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a quiet dinner together.
Mr. and Mrs. Clendaniel were married August 5, 1989, in Century Inn, Scenery Hill.
Their children are C. Hope (Frank) Bolasci of New Jersey, Wendy D. (Lee) Corazzi of Fredericktown and Donnie Newmeyer of Pittsburgh.
Their grandchildren are Lee Corazzi II, Steven Corazzi, Brandon King and Craig King. They also have one great-grandchild.
Mr. Clendaniel began his professional career as a chemistry teacher at Washington High School from 1963-68. He then went on to teach chemistry, physics and other science subjects at California University of Pennsylvania, retiring after 35 years. He also served as department chairman for 12 years.
Mrs. Clendaniel retired as a hair stylist from Horne’s at Century III Mall, Pittsburgh.
