Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Victoria Moran graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force. Moran is a 2013 graduate of West Allegheny High School, and her parents are Robert and Michele Moran of McDonald.
