Army Maj. Dustin A. Menhart has graduated from the Command and General Staff Officers Course at the Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kan. The college is the Army’s senior tactical school. The 10-month course trains intermediate level Army officers, officers from other U.S. armed services, international officers and civilian leaders from other federal agencies to operate in full spectrum Army, joint, interagency and multinational environments as field-grade commanders and staff officers. Graduates are prepared to assume war-fighting duties immediately upon graduation. Menhart is a 1991 graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School and earned a master’s degree in 2011 from the University of Georgia. His parents are Frank C. and Gail A. Menhart of Vestaburg.
