Rosemary Poness Peffer and Robert L. Peffer Jr. of Houston celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a dinner Nov. 15 at Roland’s Trattoria. The event was hosted by William and Susan Peffer, brother and sister-in-law of the couple.

Mr. and Mrs. Peffer were married November 14, 1964, in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church.

Mr. Peffer is retired from Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Mrs. Peffer is retired from hairdressing with her mother and sister, Vera and Patty Poness.
