Calvert – 50 years

Raymond L. Calvert and Elaine Hersey Calvert of Washington celebrated their golden wedding anniversary by taking an extended trip to the British Isles. They also had a dinner party with children and grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Calvert were married September 26, 1964, in Presbyterian Church of West Alexander, officiated by the Rev. John DeBolt.

Their children are Elena (Bill) Korte of Washington and Erin Scalzi of Strabane. Their grandchildren are Derek (Ashley) Korte, Deven Korte, Ashton Scalzi, Alexis (Neal) Dunn and Camerin Scalzi. They have three great-grandchildren.
