William and Sandra Tustin of Hickory celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a surprise party held in their honor at the Ramada Inn in Washington.

Mr. and Mrs. Tustin were married September 5, 1964, in Crossroads Presbyterian Church, Chartiers.

Their children are Michele Milligan of Washingtion and Bill (Angie) Tustin of Columbus, Ga.

Their grandchildren are Aaron Narigon, Brianna, Amanda and Sarah Milligan and William, Zachary and Katelyn Tustin.

Mr. Tustin retired in 2000 from Washington Hospital as director of materials management.

Mrs. Tustin is employed as manager of Village Green Golf Course in Hickory.
