Edward and Donna Koman of Houston celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a special anniversary dinner for family May 30 at Angelo’s Restaurant. The couple plan to vacation in Las Vegas and Florida later this year.

Mr. and Mrs. Koman were married June 5, 1965, at St. John’s Russian Orthodox Church, Canonsburg.

Their children are Nicole (Steve) Whitfield and Douglas Koman, both of Houston.

Their grandchildren are Tyler, Carly and Carson Whitfield.

Mr. Koman is a retired principal from Canon-McMillan School District. Mrs. Koman is retired from State Farm Insurance.
