Patton–50 years
Robert and Patricia Patton of Finleyville celebrated their golden wedding anniversary by going to a private log cabin at Big Cedar Lodge, near Branson, Mo., where they were treated to scenic vistas, refreshing mountain air and beauty. The couple enjoyed the tranquility and views of Table Rock Lake.
Mr. and Mrs. Patton were married February 8, 1965, in Winchester, Va.
Their children are Lisa (Rick) Nelson of Beverly, W.Va., and Robert (Joyce) Patton of Tulsa, Okla.
Their grandchildren are Robert (Morgan) Wardle and Zachary Wardle, Eden, Essie and Ezra Robert Patton.
Mr. Patton has an electrical degree and heating and air conditioning degree and is retired from USX Corp. He served as president of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International. He is a bus driver for Ringgold School District. Mrs. Patton was a homemaker. Both worked at Try Again Homes.
