Zenner – 60 years
Donald J. and Eleanor A. Zenner of Washington will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary.
Mr. and Mrs. Zenner were married June 3, 1956, in Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.
Their children are D. Joel (Kelly) Zenner of Rushville, Ohio, and Dawn (Richard J. Gaudi Jr.) Zenner-Gaudi of Washington.
Their grandchildren are Daechia Leah Miller and Sierra Ann (Bunny) Zenner.
They have one great-grandchild.
Mr. Zenner is a retired barber stylist and shop owner of 65 years. He was a radioman with the U.S. Coast Guard in the Korean War. Mr. Zenner was inducted into the Washington-Greene County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame for track and field. He is an accomplished road runner/marathoner, receiving more than 500 trophies and medals for races. Mr. Zenner also is a state champion wrestler.
Mrs. Zenner is an accomplished classical pianist and semi-retired Pennsylvania realtor. She is an artist who enjoys drawing and has received multiple regional retail sales awards.
