Boop – 60 years
Arlen (George) and Thelma Boop of Houston celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary vacationing in Arizona with their granddaughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Boop were married June 2, 1956, in Brilliant, Ohio.
Their children are Arlene (A.J.) Juchniewicz and Richard Boop, both of Washington.
They have one granddaughter, Jonette Gallo.
Mr. Boop retired in 1998 from Washington Steel after 19 years of service.
Mrs. Boop continues to volunteer in the special needs community.
Both are active members of First Christian Church of Canonsburg.
