Samuel Trapuzzano, son of Shawn and Ben Trapuzzano of Washington, was named to the fall president’s list at West Virginia University with a 4.0 GPA. The finance and economics major was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society in the College of Business and Economics on March 23. Samuel is a member of WVU Chimes Honorary Society, Phi Sigma Theta Honor Society, Career Readiness Program, National Society for Collegiate Scholars and Society of Collegiate Leadership & Achievement. He is a member of the WVU Football Team. A 2016 graduate of Trinity High School, Samuel is the grandson of Beverly and the late Sam Romano of Washington, and the late Ben Sr. and Elizabeth Trapuzzano of Washington.

Deanna Lesso, daughter of Barbara and Randall Lesso of Canonsburg, was named to the fall dean’s list at the University of Pittsburgh – Greensburg. A secondary education major with a minor in music, she was inducted into the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and the Delta Psi Omega National Theater Honor Society. Deanna is a 2017 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.
