Glass society hosts annual consignment sale
The National Duncan Glass Society will hold its annual consignment auction at the 4-H Building of the Washington County Fairgrounds, 2151 N. Main St., Washington, Saturday. The auction preview will begin at 11 a.m. with the auction starting at 1 p.m. This will be a catalogued auction with each lot identified and condition noted.
The museum will sell some of the items that have been donated throughout the year, including many items from a large collection of canary EAPG recently received. In addition, a limited number of consignors have been invited to participate. Items auctioned will include Duncan glass, glass from other companies, china, silver, art, pottery, furniture and prints.
