Author, medical historian to lecture at W&J
Nationally recognized author and medical historian Dr. Keith A. Wailoo will give a free and public lecture at Washington & Jefferson College 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Yost Auditorium of the Howard J. Burnett Center. His talk, “The Politics of Pain: Medicine, Race, and Relief in America,” will focus on the ways in which methods pain treatment are influenced and affected by racial issues in the United States.
