Netflix series looking for extras
The Netflix series “Mindhunter” is looking for paid extras to work in the Pittsburgh region. Those applying must live within 90 minutes of Pittsburgh and have reliable transportation.
People of all ethnicities and ages are encouraged to apply. People are needed to portray FBI agents, students, law enforcement, protesters, hippies and other characters from the late ’70s. The following open casting calls are planned in West Virginia: 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Ashley Marie Playhouse, 3383 Main St., Weirton; 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 1 at Wheeling Island Hotel Casino, 1 S.Stone St., Wheeling; 1 to 6 p.m. Sept. 7 at WVU School of Theater & Dance, 1436 Evansdale Drive, Morgantown.
